By visiting our websites or creating an account, paying for, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

CNINGOT operates software-as-a-service products that generate, edit, or process video, images, and music using artificial intelligence. Features, usage limits, and pricing may differ by product and plan. We may change, suspend, or discontinue a feature or product with reasonable notice when we can.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe the account has been misused.

You may not use the Services to:

• Violate law, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Create or distribute child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving minors
• Generate content intended to defraud, impersonate, or cause harm
• Upload malware, attempt to probe or disrupt our systems, or scrape the Services beyond allowed use
• Resell, reverse engineer, or use the Services to train competing models except as we expressly allow

We may remove content or suspend accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms.

You retain rights in prompts, files, and other material you submit (“Input”). Subject to these Terms and third-party model licenses, we grant you a license to use media the Services generate from your Input (“Output”) for your lawful purposes.

You grant CNINGOT a worldwide license to host, process, and display Input and Output as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Services, including through subprocessors and AI model providers. Output may not be unique; similar prompts can produce similar results for other users.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit Input, and that Input and your use of Output will not infringe others’ rights or applicable law.

The Services, including software, models we provide, branding, and documentation, are owned by CNINGOT or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you. You may not copy, frame, or use our marks without written permission.

Paid plans are billed through third-party payment processors, which may act as merchant of record. Fees, taxes, and billing cycles are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until you cancel according to the product’s account or billing settings.

Unless a product page states otherwise, we offer a 7-day refund from the original purchase if the Service does not work as described or you are not satisfied. Email [email protected] with your order details. We do not refund unused time after a later price decrease.

Support and product updates are provided for the term of your active plan. When a subscription ends, access to paid features may stop until you renew.

The Services may rely on cloud hosting, payment providers, analytics, and third-party AI models. Those providers have their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or policies of services we do not control.

The Services and Output are provided “as is.” AI-generated video, images, and music may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for a particular use. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Output will meet legal, medical, financial, or professional requirements. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CNINGOT and its officers, employees, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from the Services or Output. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

You will defend and indemnify CNINGOT against claims arising from your Input, your Output, or your misuse of the Services, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, if we must do so by law, or if we discontinue a product. Provisions that should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) remain in effect.

We may update these Terms. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes may also be announced by email or in the product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in the United States will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any forum to protect our intellectual property.
